Register before 1st of September!

Everyone needs to register, including sympathizers and children. Registration should be done per person, not per family.

Parents can register their children under 12 using the children’s registration form.

Participation Rules for Competitions

To participate in the competitions of the Belgian Transplantoux Games, each participant must:

  • Either have been transplanted for at least 12 months and have a normally functioning organ, or be undergoing dialysis. Bone marrow transplant recipients are also eligible to participate. Additionally, donors are welcome to participate.
  • Submit a medical certificate.
  • Have paid the registration fee by the deadline (7/9/2024).

Price

The price for all Belgian participants (transplant recipients, dialysis patients, children, sympathizers) is 20 euros, regardless of whether the participant attends for 1 or 2 days of the event. The price for foreign participants is 65 euros.

Children between 3 and 6 years old can participate for free.

This price includes participation in the opening and closing ceremonies, lunch, and childcare for children between 3 and 12 years old.

Cancellation

Transplantoux does not reimburse any costs in case of cancellation of registration for the Belgian Transplant Games, except for medical reasons.

Transplantoux reimburses according to the following rules and upon presentation of a medical certificate:

  • Up to 15 days before the start: 100%
  • Less than 15 days before the start: 0%
